Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YQG Business ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.

What YQG Business Is

YQG Business is a local business directory for Windsor-Essex, Ontario. We provide a platform for local businesses to be discovered by residents and visitors. Listings are submitted by business owners and reviewed by us before publication.

Submitting a Business Listing

When you submit your business to the directory, you agree that:

• You are authorized to represent the business you are submitting
• The information you provide is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge
• You grant YQG Business a non-exclusive license to display the submitted information, including any logo or images, publicly on the Site
• You will notify us of any significant changes to your business information

Free listings are reviewed at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline, edit for clarity, or remove any listing for any reason, including but not limited to inaccurate information, inappropriate content, or businesses that are no longer operating.

Listing Tiers and Paid Services

YQG Business offers free and paid listing options:

• Free listings are included at no cost and displayed in the directory subject to approval.
• Verified listings and Featured placements are paid services with enhanced visibility. Pricing and terms for these are provided at time of purchase.
• Payments for paid services are non-refundable once a listing has been published, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accuracy of Information

YQG Business does not verify the accuracy of business information submitted by owners beyond a basic review. We are not responsible for errors, outdated details, or misrepresentations in any listing. Users relying on directory information should verify directly with the business before making decisions.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Submit listings for businesses you do not represent
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the directory's content without permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws in Ontario or Canada

Intellectual Property

The YQG Business name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of YQG Business. Business names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting content to us, you represent that you have the rights to share that content.

Limitation of Liability

YQG Business is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the directory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YQG Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing.

Third-Party Links

Business listings may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
